This is the survey to be used by primary and secondary Catholic schools either as individual responses but there is also the facility to submit a group response following discussions in class. Under-18s can also use the main survey as there is an under-18s option.
Response deadline: Tuesday March 8, 2022 to be included in the report to Bishops.
