Participants were invited to express and share what brings hope into their lives through creative art-making.
Organised by the church community and Ramsey Quiet Garden, the event was open to everyone and brought people from different communities together in a welcoming and reflective setting.
Tea and cake were plentiful throughout the afternoon, which concluded with a pop-up exhibition showcasing the participants’ creative expressions. Those taking part were also able to take their canvases home as a tangible reminder of their personal reflections on hope.
Reflecting on the experience, one participant said: “This felt so therapeutic, and I enjoyed embarking on this creative journey.”
Another added: “It was just great coming together to create and share these perspectives on the theme of hope.”
