The parish said goodbye to its much-loved La Salette priests, Fr Karol and Fr Waldi, whose faithful and devoted ministry has touched many lives across the community. While there was sadness at their departure, there was also deep gratitude for their spiritual leadership, pastoral care and holy service. Their commitment to the parish has borne much fruit, and they leave with the thanks and prayers of the people they have served so faithfully. Parishioners expressed that they would welcome them back at any time.
The farewell celebration was a fitting tribute, filled with thanksgiving, friendship and shared memories. Members of the congregation came together to show their appreciation and to assure Fr Karol and Fr Waldi of their continued prayers as they begin the next chapter of their ministry.
