Suffolk’s Fr John writes Saint Jude at Home reflections

East Anglia priest Fr John Warrington has written the latest set of reflections called Saint Jude at Home on behalf of the Shrine of Saint Jude in Kent.

Those who subscribe to Saint Jude at home receive a pack of five cards, which includes reflections and prayers on a particular subject, each month.

Since 1955, the shrine in Faversham has been a centre of devotion to Saint Jude in the UK. Through the contributions of those devoted to Saint Jude, we have supported the presence and ministries of the Carmelite Friars in Great Britain, and the great work of the missions around the world. Your donation will make a real difference to our work.

Fr John was born in Cambridge, grew up in Norwich and now lives in Bury St Edmunds. He studied to be a quantity surveyor in Norwich before studying for the Catholic priesthood in Durham. He was ordained as a Catholic priest for the Diocese of East Anglia in 1993 and has served in parishes in Norfolk, Peterborough and Suffolk.

He is involved in the social outreach programme in the diocese and is a member of Caritas East Anglia. John has worked for many years as a volunteer with the Catholic Association and with the HNDL at the Shrine of Our Lady in Lourdes, France and travels there every year.

You can subscribe for £8.50 a month or £85 for a year.
