Safeguarding in Youth Ministry

Safeguarding in Youth Ministry

The Diocese of East Anglia takes the welfare of children and young people seriously and follows procedures laid out by the Catholic Safeguarding Advisory Service (CSAS).

CSAS provides guidance and resources to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and young people who are served by the Catholic Church in England and Wales.

If you are planning activites with young people in your parish please consult their website for the latest guidance http://www.csas.uk.net. The website includes parental consent forms, information on adult to child ratios, advice on online activities with young people and many other resources.
