East Anglia Diocese to host KSC relic tour 2023

This August, from the 12th – 17th, the East Anglia Diocese will host the KSC Relic Tour 2023, showcasing relics of St Columba, St Andrew, and St Margaret at various Masses across the region.

The East Anglia Diocese will host the KSC Relic Tour 2023, a remarkable event organized by the Knights of St Columba (KSC). The tour showcases a specially crafted reliquary containing the relics of St Columba, St Andrew and St Margaret. This reliquary, designed by young people in Scotland, has been touring the country and will now make its way to East Anglia.

The Relics and Schedule:

The reliquary serves as a symbol of faith and tradition, and the Grand Knight of East Anglia Province 27, Jason Wickard, has ensured that it will be present at various Masses across the region:

  • Lowestoft:

    • Saturday 12 – 5pm
    • Sunday 13 – 9am and 11am
    • Monday 14 – After 9am Mass and at 6pm vigil
  • Norwich St. John the Baptist Cathedral:

    • Tuesday 15 – 10am and 12 noon
  • Kings Lynn Holy Family church:

    • Thursday 17 – 9.30am

These Masses will allow time for short reflection, prayer, and veneration afterwards, enabling the faithful to connect with the tradition and spirituality embodied by the relics.
