Margaret Mary, who is diocesan representative to the Bishops’ Conference Spirituality Committee, has structured each 90-minute session in a similar way.

The dates are:
Saturday November 21: The Spiritual Exercises: presentation and talk – based on study and personal experience.
Saturday November 28 : Lectio Divina – practised throughout the Church through the ages.
Saturday December 5: Imaginative Contemplation – significant contribution to the Church’s prayer tradition by St Ignatius.
Saturday December 12 : Praying with Images – a structure to deepen prayer experience when using images.
Saturday December 19: The Examen – a form of prayer advocated by St Ignatius as being important for living reflectively with God.
